Section 129
Can send in writing for investigation
: If an official authorized by the Ministry, Nepal Rastra Bank, registrar or registrar comes to know that someone has committed an offense under section 122 while complying with his duties, duties and rights in accordance with this Act, he shall be responsible for conducting an investigation in accordance with this Act in relation to such offense.
